• At least 21 days before the agreed day of arrival the reservation can be cancelled or changed without a cancellation fee.
• In the case of a cancellation or change of the reservation within 21 days of the arrival day we charge 80 % of the agreed reservation amount .

These cancellation conditions apply only to direct bookings (by direct e-mail contact with the Hotel or bookings made directly on our website).For bookings made by agencies and portals the cancellation fee may be different.

The above cancellation conditions are valid unless other conditions are specified in the reservation. (In some cases, the cancellation conditions may vary according to the season, the room category and the reservation itself. Any variation of terms will be communicated in the booking agreement.)

For booking confirmation we can ask for a prepayment or credit card details. NO pre-authorization on your credit card; only in case of a cancellation the amount will be charged on your credit card. In the case of a cancellationtion within 21 days of the arrival day the prepayment will be retained.

INCLUDED SERVICES

The mentioned rates include the complete service of our Hotel: the free use of the ski bus, free parking, access of the SPA.
The price does not include extras consumation, drinks and treatments in the massages.

all over in the hotel, wireless high-speed Internet access is available via W-Lan for free.

PAYMENT & INVOICE

We accept all traditional payment with the exception of American Express and Diners Club credit cards. We prefer cash payment.
 

SPA & POOL

The pool is 27 ° C warm and is open from 07.00 am to 07.00 pm. Children are not allowed to enter the pool alone. Children must be accompanied by their parents. It is not allowed to jump into the pool, run in the pool area or play ball. The sauna and steam bath are open from 03.00 pm to 07.00 pm. Please note that the sauna is a nude area. Guests under the age of 18 years are not allowed to access the sauna area. You'll find bathrobes and bath towels on your room. The SPA area is a relaxation area. We ask you to keep calm and avoid any kind of noise.

ANIMALS

Pets are allowed on request. We charge € 15,00 per day.
The total number of animals present in the house at the same time is limited.
We charge € 15.00 per day for small to medium-sized pets (approx. 20 kg).
Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and SPA area

ALLERGIES

We are prepared for most allergies and intolerances. On request, we offer vegetarian-cholesterol and reduced-fat foods as well as gluten-free and lactose-free food. Any kind of allergy and intolerance must be signed at the booking.

In case of bad weather conditions, bad preparation of the participants or in other unforeseeable circumstances we can change or cancel the offered programs.
